my mom visited liloan, cebu for the death anniversary of her father last 18 June... when she came down to the city, we ate at Kanyoen, a japanese resto in mabolo... we thought it was like the usual commercial japanese resto with the bento, okonomiyaki, etc. but no! customers had to grill their own food!!
my mom says she's never going back to this resto again...
for me, i have mixed feelings... especially since i was hoping to get okonomiyaki
=P... but then, it's always good to try new stuff once in a while...
so all in all, it was an interesting experience.
